According to statistics, January is the most depressive month of the year.
As the last streamers and party poppers of 2014 are pulled, as the tears fill your eyes as you stand on the bathroom scales, as you break at least one of your New Year’s Resolutions by lunch time remember that The Bowgie still loves you!
We don’t care how many pounds you put on over christmas because we think you look fabulous.

We promise to fill your January with great food (salads too!), great drink, great times and great music because At the Bowgie Inn, Crantock we are doing all we can to turn January frowns upside down starting today with New Year’s Day Jam Night from 7pm - 10pm!
